These assessment tools help evaluate your current emotional, psychological, and behavioral patterns, and allow me to identify potential substance use concerns in accordance with clinical standards and DOT guidelines.

I will also review the circumstances surrounding your DOT drug and/or alcohol violation.

This review forms the foundation for your initial clinical evaluation (Step 3), where we will discuss the findings and determine a recommendation consistent with DOT regulations under 49 CFR Part 40, Subpart O.
