The first step in the DOT SAP process is your formal request to engage me as your Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Press on this link (https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/ ) so you can assign me as your SAP Counselor in the Clearing House. This step initiates the process and establishes a professional-client relationship in accordance with DOT regulations. This step also includes the submission of payment for SAP services. Payment confirms your commitment to the process and secures your initial evaluation appointment.

These assessment tools help evaluate your current emotional, psychological, and behavioral patterns, and allow me to identify potential substance use concerns in accordance with clinical standards and DOT guidelines.
