As part of the initial SAP evaluation, we will schedule a 30-minute face-to-face meeting, either in person or via Zoom. During this session, I will review your completed intake documentation and discuss the context and details surrounding your DOT violation. Based on an assessment conducted in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 Subpart O, I will determine and recommend an appropriate level of education and/or counseling services. I will also provide a clear explanation of the return-to-duty process, including program expectations, compliance requirements, and next steps in accordance with DOT regulations.
